If your right to receive communion under both kinds (bread AND wine) is denied, speak up.

We want to know if clergy or church authorities refuse you the Holy Chalice, restrict your sacramental rights, or impose improper barriers on receiving communion as Utraquists demand.

What to report:

• Being denied the wine during communion
• Clergy refusing or discouraging Utraquism practices
• Any restrictions or obstacles placed on receiving both kinds

Your voice matters. This is about the laity's right to full participation in the sacrament.
